Welcome to jConX HomePage; jConX project is hosted by SourceForge Community! jConX is a java library that provides developers a really simple way to handle Xml configuration files in their programs. It has been first released at the end of October, 2002, and so it is now in an alpha phase. However, I'm using it in some application I'm developing, and it seems to work well.
